DIY Electronics · Terms of Use and Community Rules

Last updated: 30 October 2026 · Türkçe

By using DIY Electronics (the app and diy-electronics.com) you accept these terms. Before you share a project, a comment or a photo in the community, the app asks you to accept these rules as well.

1. Community rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The community is no place for:

2. Reporting, blocking and moderation

3. What you share

The projects, comments and photos you share stay yours. By sharing them you allow DIY Electronics to show them in the app and on the website. You can delete what you shared at any time; deleting your account deletes all of it.

4. Projects and safety

The projects are written for low-voltage circuits (USB, batteries) and are provided as they are. Checking the connections, using the parts correctly and taking care with batteries, soldering and parts that get hot are your responsibility. Children building circuits should have an adult with them.

5. Shops and prices

Prices are read from the shops' public pages and may change; the price on the shop's own page is the one that counts. You buy directly from the shop; DIY Electronics sells nothing. Shop links may be affiliate links: if you buy, the app may earn a commission and your price stays the same.

6. Support payments

Payments made through "Support the project" are voluntary tips; they unlock no content or feature, and everything in the app stays open to everyone. Google Play or the App Store handles the payment and any refund under its own rules.

7. Your account

You can use the app without an account. You can close your account at any time with Profile → Delete account; the details are on the Account deletion page. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the «last updated» date on this page changes too; important changes are announced in the app.
